Photos: GREEN INFERNO (Everett, MA) – 2023/06/10

From the industrial wasteland known as New Jersey, GREEN INFERNO released a 3-song demo in 2019 after forming two years prior offering a blend of doom, sludge, and stoner rock. Harsh fuzzy riffs cascade while the bass rumbles with buzzed-out groove, coarse vocals are screamed and barked, and the drums are sharp that hit like a hammer.

Come July of 2023, the doom trio will release their debut album, Trace the Veins, six songs of distorted, hallowing blues-laden swamp rock that will delight any sludgekicker or tokesmoker. GREEN INFERNO would record with Domenick DiMasi behind the wheel in New York. The songs were then sent to Sweden to be mixed and mastered by Esben Willems, drummer of Monolord and owner of Studio Berserk.
