Considered to be one of “the fathers of crossover thrash,” SUICIDAL TENDENCIES headlined the second night of the 2-day festival. Not only did the band plays some of the hits over the past several decades, they celebrated the 40th anniversary of their self-titled debut (‘Suicidal Tendencies‘ via Frontier Records, 1983) by playing the classic in its entirety.

The lineup for the performance consisted of Mike Muir, the only remaining original member, Dean Pleasants who has been a guitarist for ST since 1996, Ben Weinman more known for being the founding guitarist for The Dillinger Escape Plan, bassist Ra Díaz, and drummer Greyson Nekrutman. At the end of the evening, the band encouraged members of the audience to rush the barricade and get on stage. Roughly three dozen fans came over the top and climbed the five-foot stage all just to dance around as Muir sang from the drum riser and Weinamn climbed a rig just to jump off.
