The Hotter Side of Metal: Madeline Dahlia

How long have you been modeling?

I’ve been modeling for a little under two years, but gotten more serious with it within the last 6 months.

What made you get into it?

Honestly? My dad always had old, somewhat raunchy, magazines laying out and I couldn’t help but look at them. It was mostly pin-up girls and I immediately fell in love with the look. I’m not as “pin-up girl” as I would like to be in some of my modeling, but I have all the time in the world for that!

When you’re not modeling what do you like to do?

When I’m not modeling I’m working. As drab as that is, it’s the truth. I do spend the majority of the little free time I do have to draw and paint, though. I’m super into traditional tattoo art and, while I don’t ever aspire to becoming a tattoo artist, I love to draw all of that out.

What are three bands you have been listening to a lot lately?

Hmmmm, that’s a hard one. I listen to just about anything and everything. Meshuggah is one that I’ve definitely been listening to a lot lately. Periphery and Allegaeon have definitely been on the morning playlist as well haha.

First concert you’ve ever gone to?

The White Stripes when I was seven or eight. I went with my dad and ended up falling asleep within the first half hour of the show!

What’s something crazy or surreal you have experienced?

When I was maybe…hmm…14 or 15 I went to a Metallica concert with my dad and few other friends. I went there not really knowing what to expect and, let me tell ya, I was scared shitless. I had never been to a show like this ever. At some point towards the end of the show things got a little too rowdy and then everything went black. I guess someone had thrown a beer bottle up into the air and it came down and hit me right on the head. I got knocked out and so security brought me backstage. When I woke up all I saw were all the members of Metallica hovering over me asking my dad if I was okay. The rest of that night was spent with an icepack on my head and my dad drunkenly telling them stories about what happened at the shows of theirs that he’s been to. It was probably one of the best and worst nights of my life.

Do you play an instrument or sing?

My musical abilities extend to singing in the shower or into a hairbrush.

Who do you think is the hottest musician?

The hottest musician is totally, without a doubt Dinah Cancer from Castration Squad.

What is a big turn on for you?

My biggest turn on is most definitely being bitten on my neck. Well, scratch that…being bitten anywhere.

What do you feel most comfortable wearing?

I feel most comfortable naked. I absolutely hate clothes.

Lace or leather?

Why can’t I have both?
