To those who know Nefarious Realm‘s founder, may know that his family has suffered and struggled from heart disease. That’s just one family, think of all the many others that struggle, that are heartbroken. Though we are but a small media company, we have a big heart, and with the forthcoming projects we have in store, will hopefully see some profits. Whatever we sell, that being t-shirts, concert tickets, films, posters… if it comes directly from us, we will be slicing a portion, roughly 5% – 15%, and putting it into a separate account to be given to various organizations and hospitals, possibly even assistance to families that may have lost someone that was supporting the family, from time to time. We have spoke with the American Heart Association a few times, and will be teaming up with them on occasion to better educate and raise funds to go towards the foundation.
This effort we have dubbed The Pulse of Life Foundation, music is the pulse that keeps that heart strong. In the upcoming weeks, we will also incorporate a donation button on a special page dedicated to the foundation, that if feeling generous, could simply donate a dollar or a hundred. We are looking into setting up various events and charity efforts, of which include a battle of the bands kickball tournament and another we are calling “Kill The Liver To Save The Heart” which will be a night of drinking with a percent of the bar intake to be donated. More on these events and others will come in time.
So when you buy one of our shirts, come to one of our shows, but anything that comes from us… Know you are helping to potentially save a life or helping a family.
Also, we are looking to have donation cans made up if any bands would like to take one out on the road with them while on tour.
