Fast, heavy, powerful, destructive… Results is like a fighter jet fucking a tank. …Without lube. The super group, if you will, featuring current and past members of Cattle Decapitation, Intronaut, Bad Acid Trip, Exhumed, Phobia, etc… have released one intense deathgrind album. The music comes in quick, kicks your head in, and gets the hell out. The album starts with an eerie melody that flows right into grueling guitars and frightening growls, immediately picking up the pace throwing you into a pit of noise for the next half hour. My favorite track off the album is the two minute long “Dead Hope,” Travis Ryan‘s vocals are simply amazing in this. The drums from Danny Walker are a fury. Actually, they’re a fury throughout the whole album for that matter. Another great song is “The Next life,” the guitar and bass work from Leon del Muerte, Kevin Fetus, and Caleb Schneider, respectively, conveying such dissonance is such a magnificent way. The whole effort is very solid, expected coming from such seasoned musicians.
I’ve been listening to this album just about every other day, not just a couple songs, but the whole album ever since I got it. By far one of the best releases of the year. Results will see a August 28th release in the US with the rest of the world following in September. Highly recommended that you pick this up once available.
