UPDATE 2: LAMB OF GOD’s Randy Blythe (Not) Released; Video of May 24th, 2010 Incident Surfaces

UPDATE: July 2 – 11:15am

As you very well may know, the LAMB OF GOD frontman was arrested in Prague, Czech Republic last week for an incident back in May of 2010 where a fan allegedly sustained injuries from running on stage, later dying from the event.  We’ve been following the news here.

Blythe was in court over the weekend and did not speak at his hearing. The judge considered Blythe a flight risk, and as reports claim, set a $250,000 bail for his release, which the frontman claimed was actually his annual income.  At 1:00pm on June 30th, the band posted via their Twitter that “RANDY IS FUCKIN’ FREE!”

Guitarist Mark Morton went to Twitter to ask fans to wear their LAMB OF GOD shirts in support on July 4th.

Below you can watch what is said to be a clip from the performance on May 24th, 2010 where Blythe is accused of shoving the fan, now known as Daniel N.   As you can see, there is also a security guard the size of all LAMB OF GOD members put together, doing the shoving and looks as if Blythe was simply doing his vocal parts and getting the fan out of the way.

According to reports, Blythe is not free.  It is being said that he will remain in the Pankrác Prison in Prague, Czech Republic, for at least the next few day.

Judge Petr Fassati of Prague 8 district court stated:

“There may well be certain conditions placed upon [Blythe's] release, such as staying in the Czech Republic, or the availability of a specific address. If the conditions are violated, it could lead to an international arrest warrant being issued.”

UPDATE: July 2nd – 7:10pm
The Gauntlet has dug up some additional footage  of security handling a fan (presumably Daniel N) as he tries to get on stage.  This is ground breaking evidence supporting Blythe.  Take a look here!
